Canadian ELD Mandate

Canadian ELD MandateCCMTA has announced a progressive enforcement strategy. With June 12, 2021 as still the mandate date for ELD but the full mandate will be effective on June 12, 2022. Under this strategy the provinces and territories are responsible for enforcing the mandate.  They are asked not to impose any penalties during this 12-month period.
